Rules of the house

In order for all our guests to feel comfortable,

it is important to follow a few rules.

Dear Guests, we kindly ask you to read the following house rules carefully.

House rules

Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not permitted indoors
Food brought along is to be disposed of yourself
Do not leave dishes standing, put them away again
When using the oven, please place baking paper on the baking tray or grill
Parties and events are not permitted
Please observe the quiet hours between 10pm an 6am

Refuse disposal

Please dispose of rubbish on the ground floor in the courtyard (wooden door)

Parking facilities

Please use the parking spaces described in the guest app.

Please understand that we reserve the right to charge for extraordinary soiling of the flat, which causes additional cleaning costs on our part.

If something is defective or accidentally broken (e.g. chipped dishes, glasses etc.), we kindly ask you to let us know. It is our concern that you and our next guests feel as comfortable as possible. Of course, it is also a matter of course for you to replace any damage caused at the replacement value.
